Former F4 is glued in place on the right fuselage side. You can see the ¼-inch square balsa that reinforces F4 crosswise.
¼-inch balsa triangles also reinforce the glue joint between F4 and the fuselage side.
Notice that the top of F4 has not yet been glued to the side.
