While in dual rate menu, if you press SELECT beyond CH2 you will come to exponential rate control. You will see +/- sign followed by 0%. As you reduce percentage in negative direction ("-5," "-10," "-15," etc.), controls react slower around neutral position, giving "softer" feel in flight. This feature is also available on CH1 and CH2 and can be combined with dual rate control.
