Trouble Frank Kaylor (20537 East Caley Pl., Centennial CO 80016; E-mail: fhkaylor@earthlink.net) informs us that Double Trouble is his first scratch-built model as well as his own design. The twin-engine profile model has sheeted foam wings and built-up profile fuselages. It is powered by two O.S. .25FX engines and weighs roughly 5.5 pounds. Double Trouble has a wingspan of 58 inches and is covered with MonoKote. A JR radio system provides the guidance, and the model is fitted with seven JR servos. Frank commented, “The model flies well, is very aerobatic, and has no bad habits. It’s even easy to control on one engine. It looks and sounds great in the air.” |
