| Tiger 2 x 2 Angelo Leotta (1171 Rossville Ave., Staten Island NY 10309) scaled up the Tiger 2 plans from his Goldberg kit 100 percent to achieve this 10-foot wingspan Tiger 2 x 2. The model was built using balsa, plywood, cherry hardwoods, and Luon for the ribs. Angelo covered his giant model with MonoKote and used an Aviomac 85 twin for power. He wrote, “It has been flown many times and flies exactly like the original Tiger 2.” |
