Musciano F4B-4

Mitch Heller (3110 Harrison, Glenview IL 60025) sent in this photo of Nate Hendrix’s CL Boeing F4B-4 model. This model was built from scratch from plans that were drawn from the original Scientific kit of a Walt Musciano design.

The little Boeing has an 18-inch wingspan and is finished with Aero Gloss modeling dope. A McCoy .049 powers the aircraft. Mitch writes, “Nate is keen on warbirds and has a large inventory of scale and semiscale 1/2A and .15-sized airplanes in his hangar.”
