Kwik Fli III

Stan Michalski (50 Woodview Ln., North East MD 21901) built this Phil Kraft designed Kwik Fli III from an old set of plans that he found. A Webra Speed .61 engine powers the model and it uses a Futaba 9CA PCM radio system for guidance. Stan painted his airplane using Top Flite Metallic Plum Lustre Cote paint.

Stan first saw a Kwik Fli similar to this one fly back in 1969, and he credits that experience with giving him the RC bug. He wrote, “I wish someone still kitted this model so it would be a little easier to make the next one.”
