The Twist That Satisfies

Steve Pasierb (6 Kensett Ridge, Norwalk CT 06851-1200; E-mail: spasierb@att.net) says that his CSD Twister “satisfies the need for speed.” The model has a wingspan of 34 inches and is powered by an Astro Flight 02 brushless motor on eight cells, turning a 5 x 5 propeller.

All of the surfaces were prepainted prior to vacuum bagging and the fuselage was painted in the mold. According to Steve, the result is a nearly perfect high-gloss finish. Steve described the performance of the Twister by writing, “This little MH 43 airfoil speed demon is capable of vertical flight, exhilarating speed runs, and extreme aerobatics.”
