Federico A. Jones (825 Darden Dr., Newport News VA 23608; E-mail: jon0401@attglobal.net) built this P-40M version of the famed fighter from a Top Flite Gold Edition P-40E Warhawk kit. The model has a wingspan of 64 inches and weighs 11-1/2 pounds.

A Saito 120 four-stroke engine powers it. It is covered with Super Coverite and is painted with Perfect Paint. It features operating split flaps, a fully detailed cockpit, a droppable centerline fuel tank, and a set of Century Jet Models’ Rotating Retracts.
