| Extra Power
for Extra 300S Robert Balserak (9976 Cedarwood Dr., Union KY 41091) sent us this photo of his latest model, a Great Planes 40-size Extra 300S ARF. Robert wrote, “I decided I wanted an airplane with ‘unlimited vertical’ capability, so I put a SuperTigre .75 in it with a Graupner 11 x 7 three-blade propeller. It did require quite a bit of weight in the tail to get the proper CG, but to date it has flown four times and is definitely not lacking on power!” That’s Robert’s son Michael posing with the airplane. |
