Sig Senior Roger D. Jacobson (1450 W. Kaibab Ln. Sp 76, Flagstaff AZ 86001; E-mail: azrdjacobson@prodigy.net) converted a Sig Senior to a low-wing model with ailerons. It is powered by an O.S. .91 FX turning a 14 x 6 propeller. Roger covered the model with MonoKote. The red stripes and white stars are made from trim MonoKote. The model is fitted with rails that will hold a glider for airborne launches. Roger wrote, “It flies as good as it looks, using a Futaba T8UAF transmitter, receiver, and six servos.” |
