| Tribute B-26 Robert S. Tinsley (1720 Cantrell Blvd., Conroe TX 77302; E-mail: twotins@txucom.net) informed us that his beautiful B-26 is his tribute to the events that happened on September 11, 2001. He started with a VQ Products B-26 ARF, and added molded nacelles, pilot figures, an instrument panel, gun barrels, a radio antenna, and retractable landing gear. The nose art is a decal that he found on the Internet. The nacelles are decorated with 25 stars each, and there are 13 red and white stripes on each wing. The tail number is 091101. Two Magnum 51 4-stroke engines power the model. |
