Modified Astro Hog

Robert R. Kunkel (316 Lake View Dr., Washington MO 63090) sent this photo of his modified Sig Astro Hog. He modified it with the addition of a canopy and installed a Saito 100 Twin engine for power. Robert covered his model with UltraCote.

He wrote, “The Saito twin gives the model plenty of power, and also a very interesting sound. The airplane has roughly a dozen flights on it. It does aerobatics well while still having easy landing and takeoff characteristics.”
