Andy Figlar (35 Newtown Ave., Stratford CT 06614) built this .60-sized Top Flite sport-scale Corsair over a period of two and a half years. It is powered by a SuperTigre G-72 engine and is guided by Futaba electronics.

The model features a Robart retract system. It is base-finished with Supercote dope over silk covering, and then several cans of Home Depot Corsair Blue enamel were applied.

The scheme is modeled after a Korean War Corsair F4U-5N night fighter that was flown by ace pilot, Lieutenant Guy Bordelon.
