Easy Sport John A. Klimesh (3636 218th Ave., Mabel MN 55954) built this Great Planes Easy Sport 40, but inverted the fuselage to make the airplane a low-wing model! John wrote, “Some reshaping of the wing saddle was necessary and I had to make new slots for the vertical and horizontal stabilizers. I cut off the rear of the canopy that was provided and built a turtle deck behind it.” The airplane is covered with MonoKote and has checkerboard made from UltraCote. It has a homemade fiberglass cowling that covers a SuperTigre .61 engine. |
