Jerry Behrmann (3564 Mission Ln., Cottonwood AZ 86326) built these two versions of the Thunderbug from Balsa USA plans. An O.S. .46 FX engine powers the smaller of the two, and the larger one has a Saito 1.20 four-stroke engine for power.

Jerry hadn’t flown the larger model at the time of this photo, but had this to say about the smaller one: “I was presented the Most Improved Flyer for 2001 award given by the Central Arizona Modelers because of the fine qualities of this model.”
