| MOLO VI Roy C. Stephens (4170 Matt Smith Rd., Southside AL 35907) built this 2-meter sailplane and named it MOLO VI which stands for More or Less Original. Roy wrote, “MOLO VI is a 2-meter sailplane designed for the light air and small thermals that I most often encounter when I fly in my extended backyard and over my neighbor’s pastures.” The model is covered with Sig Koverall and is painted with Sig nitrate dope and Krylon paints. It has rudder, elevator, and spoiler functions and is guided by a Futaba FP-T4NBF radio system with three servos. It weighs 30 ounces. |
