| Miss Muffet Tom Haake (174 Holly Hill Rd., Richboro PA 18954-1949) uses this scratch-built version of Salient Designs Miss Muffet for both glider towing and glider launching. Tom wrote, “Miss Muffet will handle a glider with a 130-inch wingspan, weighing as much as to six pounds, with ease.” The model is powered by a YS 1.20 four-stroke engine turning an APC 16 x 10 propeller, and it is controlled via a JR radio-control system. Miss Muffet is covered with UltraCote and weighs 10 pounds. |
