| Co-Op Sun Ray Ken Meyer (4026 E. Paseo Dorado, Tucson AZ 85711) put the finish on this Sun Ray. Joe Bryant built it from RCM plans. The model is finished in MonoKote and is powered by a Magnum .60 engine. A JR radio control system is used for guidance and the model weighs 6 pounds, 8 ounces. Ken proudly wrote, “The striking model flies as good as it looks. It will knife edge from dawn to dusk!” Ken and Joe are contemplating enlarging the plans and building two more Sun Rays that will qualify for International Miniature Aircraft Association (IMAA) events. |
