| Scorpion III Marv Babcock Jr. (9930 Riverside Dr., Huntley IL 60142) designed and scratch-built this Scorpion III CL Stunt model. It has a wingspan of 65 inches and is powered by a Double Star .60 engine. The wings are covered with silkspan and the model is finished with Brodak modeling dope. Marv flies with the Chicagoland Circle Cutters at the club’s field near Schaumberg, Illinois. Marv’s friend Mitch Heller took this photo. |
