| Super Stinker Bill Oltmer (1363 Union Center Hwy., Endicott NY 13760; E-mail: owilliam@stny.rr.com) built this Super Stinker from a Midwest Products kit. He covered it with MonoKote in traditional Pitts Super Stinker colors. An O.S. BGX 3500 with a Kline pump powers this model and a Futaba 6XAS radio is used for guidance. Bill reports that fellow club member and master builder, Chuck Krapt, built the top wing and completed the covering of the model. Bill’s daughters, Alexis and Rachel, donated and accessorized the pilot. Bill wrote about his model, “I have always wanted a Pitts biplane and this one did not disappoint me. The Stinker does every maneuver in the book, but the flat spins are incredible.” |
