About the Cover

While belching smoke, this 50cc Aeroworks Pitts Python, which Paul Hollermann is flying, pulls up into a hover, just inches above the ground. In the thick of it all, the airplane becomes less visible, the adrenalin starts pumping, and the fun begins, as the pilot tries to keep it there. His buddies, who stay a safe distance behind him, cheer him on all the way.
Paul is our hard-core "hucker," because, as did his friends at the Huckfest in Atlanta, Georgia, last October, he put on a show to thrill us. Giant Scale Aerobatics is serious fun! If you want to get in on it, review this month's coverage and then get information about how to attend a similar event in your area.
