The Academy of Model Aeronautics Announces
The Park Pilot Program “Legal Aircraft” Logo Program

Muncie, Indiana, March 21, 2008—The Academy of Model Aeronautics is proud to announce an identification program that will help both aeromodeling consumers and clubs easily identify those aircraft that meet the AMA’s specifications for the Park Pilot Program. Participating manufacturers will be allowed to use this new logo on their park flyer products including box art, inserts, etc. All that is required to confirm that the aircraft comply is to look for the logo on the box.

If you don’t see this logo on your favorite aircraft, ask the dealer to encourage the manufacturer to contact the AMA to enroll.
