Guinness World Record Attempt
Mercury Adhesives to Sponsor World Record Attempt at SEFF 2008
[Cumming GA] Mercury Adhesives announced that it had been selected along with Atlantahobby.com to be the official sponsors of a Guinness World Record™ attempt, during the Southeast Electric Flight Festival (SEFF), to be held May 1-4, 2008.
About The World Record Attempt
Cliff Whitney, Mercury co-founder, stated: “We are very excited to have been selected as the official sponsor of this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. During the SEFF festival, officials will attempt to set a new and official Guinness World Record™ for the most RC aircraft in the air at one time. Pilots registered for the event have the opportunity to register for a slot, which is limited to the number of available frequencies, thus the exclusivity of the opportunity. Just think, if all of the available slots are taken, this record may never be broken again. What a privilege it is to be part of a real Guinness World Record™ attempt.”
