Tours and Activities
The museum offers a variety of experiences based on your group's interests, ages and available time. Please check back as we are always working on new programming for school field trips, scouts, and other scheduled visits.
Explore the story of model aviation in the main galleries of the museum at your own pace. Experience our hands-on gallery geared towards younger visitors (and the young at heart!) by trying model flight simulators, computer games, wind tunnels and more! Watch a 20-minute movie that introduces model aviation as a hobby in our museum theater. Peek into the Lee Renaud Memorial Library to see our collection of books, magazines and other model aviation-related media.

Guided Tours are designed to be a more in-depth museum experience for our visitors who are not interested in participating in a build session. Visitors will gain insider knowledge about some of our most interesting artifacts and learn about the role aeromodeling has played in scientific innovation and development.
Due to the length of this tour and the level of technical and historical discussion, this tour is not recommended for children under 10 years of age. There is no build portion to this tour.
Tour prices start at $40 (Adults) or $30 (Children) for a group of ten visitors. We can accommodate groups smaller than ten, but you will be charged the flat fee regardless. No exceptions.
For groups larger than ten, we charge $4 (Adults) or $3 (Children) per visitor.
