The Jefco Aeromod'lers RC Club (AMA #176) is located in the Chatfield State Park in Colorado and recently celebrated their 25th AMA Gold Club Leader status. They were founded in 1959 and has grown from a small group of RC enthusiasts to a diverse group of over 230 members. Members range from 11 to 80 years old, both male and female pilots demonstrating all levels of flying skills.
Their field consists of two paved runways - the primary is 575' long and the crosswind runway is 690' long. The facility also includes concrete pit areas, 14 Start locations, 11 work tables, a large pavilion with benches, weather station, and a gravel parking lot.
