Please see the order form to place your order or call the Plans Service at (765) 287-1256, ext. 507. For best handling, please do not include payment for any other service with your plans order. 

Please allow at least one to three weeks for delivery within the United States—longer for overseas. All domestic plans are shipped rolled via priority mail. All foreign orders are folded and shipped First Class
